As we all know that there's lion hunting scenes especially on the Assyrian reliefs. Yet there are no wild lions living in the Northern Irak

these days. So a certain creature becoming extinct in a certain area

might still be living somewhere else like Africa !

It very feasible that species can outlive the projected time lines of so-called educated researchers. We all live in a wonderdous world AND ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE AND PROBABLE.

There's no mystery when you add the zero back to Plato's timeline of the destruction of Atlantis, making it circa 115k BC, which correlates perfectly with the sudden onset of the Ice Age. So you have Atlantis and essentially the entire Atlantean culture (spanning continents) wiped out in a massive (probably) aerial assault, which was so big it darkened the skies for maybe hundreds of years, crashed global temperatures, and decimated all the 'as-was' ecosystems. Of course, most large animals, humans as well, would not survive that.
