Very good and interesting article with valuable information. But sad it is not a tourist centre. Better enjoy the plce and monument through your article as Armchair travel.
But doesn't anyone else wonder how they could build such a building with the grandeur and perfect craftsmanship that they have in the 1100s? I truly believe that there was technology available that has been hidden from us or lost. In the 18th century, buildings were not anywhere near buildings of ancient times. I would challenge ANY firm in the world to recreate some of the magnificent buildings of the past. Nothing has come anywhere near such buildings since they were made.
Something doesn't add up when you look at them closely at the perfection.
