Mt. Olympus & Dodona are not equidistant from Delphi - how did you come to that conclusion?

Freddy. Another GREAT POST. Loved all your in-depth books too.

And you also raise the question: What is Myth and what REALITY (history)?

Thus, I'd like to send you, if you missed it, another REVOLUTIONARY POST addressing

this very question. Is this the "BEGINNING OF THE END," that finally some are realizing that much of pre-history (myth) IS REAL HISTORY. Congrats to Ioannis and to you.

Great post! Finally someone sees the light!!! Are you familiar with Zecharia Sitchin's research: The 12th Planet; and, the Wars of Gods and Men, as well as The Lost Realms (The Aztec, Maya, and Inca). Please see his Time-Line at the end of The Wars of Gods and Men. With hundreds of thousands of cuneiform clay tablets of the Sumerian Civilization, that describe many details of those times, how can anyone not see that his work is NOT one of mythology but rather of REAL pre-history. I have read/studied 13 books of his and am reasonably convinced that he is on to something BIG. I have had him to my Alternative Centers as a presenter and can attest to the fact that he is an in-depth scholar. At least, for "entertainment" please read his The Lost Book of Enki, more of a novel, but summarizing much of his hypothesis. So, just take Sitchin as another HYPOTHESIS to be proven or rejected. So much more to write but this is a start. Kenneth Pollinger, Ph.D., (Sociology-SUNY) ex-Jesuit, and founder of three centers. Much gratitude for all your excellent posts. PLEASE keep them coming. That’s an intriguing perspective Ken. And I have gone through this thought patterns too! The connections between Viracocha, Quetzalcoatl, and the Anunnaki narratives certainly add depth to ancient myths and how civilizations perceived their gods. The idea of a shared ancient culture aligns with many cross-cultural similarities in architecture, symbolism, and mythology. The theory that the 12th Planet (Nibiru) played a role in shaping humanity is a fascinating one—especially when considering Sitchin’s work and the broader implications of genetic manipulation and spiritual upgrades like the chakra system. If we accept this premise, then yes, integrating the Aztec and Inca civilizations into the God Table makes sense. Their deities, like Quetzalcoatl and Viracocha, could be viewed as direct extensions of the Anunnaki influence, similar to other ancient pantheons. It’s always fascinating to see how modern interpretations bridge myth, history, and alternative theories. Thanks for sharing—definitely more to think about!
